At Malik’s Kurta King, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, don’t worry—we offer a simple return, refund, and exchange process with free return shipping and easy bank transfers.

Refunds

Eligibility: Refunds are available for items that are unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Request Period: You must request a refund within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued directly to your bank account. You will be asked to share your account details securely after return confirmation.

Shipping Charges: We cover the return shipping fee. There is no cost to you for returning the item.

Exchanges

Wrong Size or Different Item Needed? If the product doesn’t fit or you want a different size or style, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Conditions:

Items must be returned in original, unused condition with tags and packaging.

Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Exchange Process:

We’ll schedule a free reverse pickup.

After we receive the original item, we’ll ship the replacement within 2–4 business days.
